Association of Supervisors

An Association of Supervisors is currently being explored by Changing Minds and a group of other organisations and individuals.

This initiative is being introduced to recognize current needs in the mental health and Addictions sector:

• There is a growing mental health and addictions seer support workforce.
• These employees need to have supervision to ensure their service provision is consistently high quality and in-line with the requirement of the key tasks of their roles.
• To ensure that individuals feel supported in their roles by professional peer supervisors.

It is intended that a list of supervisors will be listed here once the project is fully operational. Watch this space for more.
