Changing Minds Board of Trustees x 2


We are looking for two new governance members who can complement and work with the Board of Changing Minds to make enabling decisions for the organisation. We want individuals who can focus on and support our mission and are committed to helping us achieve our vision. In particular, we require one of the successful applicants to have a “big-picture” view of the Mental Health and Addictions Sector in Aotearoa.


We meet every 6 weeks for 2-3 hours and contribute appropriate time and relevant skills where required outside meetings. The trustees are awarded a small monthly honorarium for their time and expenses in line with Charities Legislation.

Board Positions Changing Minds

Changing Minds Administrator Full Time


We are looking for an administrator/book-keeper to fill a maternity leave position for up to a year with the skills to step in and keep things running smoothly. We will have the opportunity for a full month’s warm handover to ensure you’re oriented and confident.

Applications closes 20th August


This is a full time position (40 hours per week, flexible) based in Mount Eden in Auckland. Core tasks include:

  • Administration and bookkeeping
  • Project coordination (logistics and reporting)
