Are you passionate about Mental Health, Addictions and Wellbeing in Aotearoa New Zealand?

Changing Minds would love to have you!

Changing Minds is a national not-for-profit organisation operated entirely by those with personal experience of recovery from mental health and/or addiction issues, we work in spaces to do with mental health, addiction, wellbeing, advocacy, human rights, and health policy.

Volunteering Opportunities

Changing Minds is looking to plan, organise and facilitate events throughout the month of October, to celebrate Mental Health Awareness this year!

We aim to create community conversations around mental health and mental distress to dispel myths, break stigma, reduce discrimination and promote social inclusion and positive mental health messages.

We have upcoming volunteering opportunities for people who are interested in learning more about mental health and wellbeing, collaborating with other not-for-profit organisations and contributing some of their time and skills to a great cause!
